Our recent stay at a hotel in Roppongi was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Roppongi subway station and the famous Shibuya junction. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, making us feel welcome. Our room was clean and modern, providing a quiet and comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a reasonable selection of Japanese and European cuisines. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo.

The Roppongi Hotel S provided a comfortable stay with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a TV with English programs. The convenient location near the subway, 7/11, and Family Mart made it easy to get around. The onsite restaurant looked excellent, although we didn't have a chance to try it. The bathroom and toiletries were top-notch, and the staff at the reception were helpful.

The room had a big and comfortable bed. The staff provided a separate toiletries bag for our 3-year-old son. They were helpful in arranging an early airport transfer. Facilities were in good condition. Location is great for sightseeing.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the mix-up about the payment and room upgrade. It took some time for the hotel staff to acknowledge that we were offered a room upgrade and we had to show them the email as proof.

The rooms were overpriced and in need of proper cleaning. the design was inconvenient, with a huge sink in the kitchenette and no place to put clothes.
